The way the platform is designed means that when jobs are moved onto the platform, even after scribes log in to request them, the jobs should be visible but show as unavailable. That way you know that your notifications are working and the emails/SMS you received wasn't a glitch.
Occasionally there may be a glitch in the system and you will receive a notification but jobs may not be visible anymore after being requested by other scribes.
