If you aren’t receiving notifications there can be a few things happening:
- Your notification emails are being sent to your spam or junk folder, have a look there and then favourite the email or add the address to your contact list to prevent it going into spam in future
- You need to update your notification settings in your scribe portal
- Your email inbox is full and does not accept new messages until space is freed up
- You have an auto-reply email that may cause the email to bounce back
- There is a problem with the email or alert providers for the tech team to look into
- Your network provider e.g Three, O2, Vodafone may block the SMS messages as spam because the messages look similar every time they are sent, if that ever seems to happen it’s best to contact them to ensure they don’t block the number the notifications come from
- There aren’t currently jobs in your handwriting style on the platform
- Due to the nature of the business and your work as a freelancer, there can be busier times and quieter times for jobs
