For most campaigns you should receive an email from Royal mail regarding the status of your delivery, you can find the tracking number for your parcel in these emails.
If you don't receive a tracking number for your parcel you can raise a query form with scribe support and they can look it up.
Once you have the tracking number of your parcel, you can then go to the royal mail website to see the status of your parcel and select whether you would like it left in a safe place/with a neighbour etc
If your delivery was missed you can also then arrange a redelivery from Royal Mail
