Delivery times for stationery can vary on campaigns, for example it takes longer around Christmas time. You can find the expected delivery window listed on your job.
If your stationery still has not arrived within the expected window and you are a UK scribe, please submit a request to Scribe Support via a Stationery Tracking form and they will be able to search for your tracking number.
On most campaigns you will also receive an email from Royal mail to let you know the progress of your parcel. Here you can also select 'leave in safe place/neighbour' etc
