On most campaigns you will receive an email (to the email you use for your scribe account) from Royal Mail.
This will update you on the progress of your job after it has been collected from our Print Warehouse. Parcels are usually collected at the end of the day and begin making their way to you. Tracking numbers may take a few hours to become active.
In the royal mail emails you can update your parcel to be delivered to a neighbour/safe place etc and if you miss a delivery you can arrange a redelivery
Our scribe support team can only provide the tracking link for your parcel, they are not able to get in touch with royal mail.
