It depends on each campaign but for the most part we are not able to send out more stationery to you. If you will be unable to complete your job, send a message to scribe support by a query form and let them know you have run out of cards.
We need the job number and information on how many tasks you will be unable to complete so that we can start reassigning them to scribes who are also on the campaign and have spare stationery.
Having a large number of failed cards may affect your task limit for future jobs (see the section on task limits).
We advised testing out layout on spare paper and not using your stationery to complete 'test runs' for margins and layout. When writing your cards, you need to have the platform open in front of you to follow each task directly.
One of the most common problems we find is when scribes write one card, have it approved and then sit with this card in front of them to write further cards to fill in the customer names later. Then when they write and upload the card with the customer name, they realise the copy changed from one task to the next and the majority of their cards are wrong and will be failed.
This means the scribe doesn't receive payment for all the failed cards and the internal team need to manually reassign the job, pay to reprint more stationery last minute and ship to another person to complete. When this happens, the team need to consider whether they can take the risk of giving you jobs in future.
When you realise you won't have enough cards, please get in touch with scribe support right away to give enough time for them to reassign tasks.
