Once your stationery parcel arrives, please do a quick count to make sure you have the correct quantity and ensure nothing has fallen out of the parcel in transit or has been left out while being packed at our warehouse.
If you have received a parcel that does not contain enough stationery to complete your job please raise a query form to scribe support for damaged/missing stationery and include information on what did arrive in the parcel and which job number you need the stationery for.
If you are working on multiple jobs at once for the same campaign, please check your stationery box matches the job number as different sizes of jobs will have different amounts of stationery/overage. You can usually find the corresponding job number in the 'customer reference' number on the parcel label.
