Every time you need to contact scribe support, please use a labelled query form. It helps the scribe support team to clearly see what needs addressed and means they have all the info needed to start resolving your query rather than having to come back to you for more info over several messages.
Please raise a form or contact scribe support as soon as you have a problem to allow time for it to be resolved.
Query forms should be used to submit a request to scribe support for help or information that was not available from the Helpcentre. You can use the Inkbot to help find the related information, anytime day or night in the Helpcentre, you can find this in your scribe portal in the bottom right hand corner or via the Helpcentre.
