To submit a query to scribe request, you can find the query forms linked in this section of the Helpcente or you can also click 'submit a request' at the top right of the Helpcentre.
This will take you to the query forms page and provide a drop down of options for which form you need.
Once you have selected the form you need, it will ask you to provide the information required to solve your query e.g job number, campaign name so please have this info to hand when raising your query.
Label your query with the exact name of the query form in the subject box
The ticketing system for queries can then categorise your query to show the support team what your query is regarding and it allows us to find it again in the system. Queries labelled with subject headings like 'Hi' or 'Query' easily get lost.
After you have completed your form, you may receive suggested articles to help with your query. If you have found the help you need here you can then select to close your ticket.
