We can only reimburse credit notes for authorised stamp purchases i.e a member of the central team have confirmed that the stamps can be purchased and reimbursed
If your pack is missing the stamp sheet please flag this to scribe support as soon as possible so that the warehouse can be made aware as they will likely send out the replacement. This allows us to keep the correct balance of stamp stock of what was dispatched versus received.
If you are on a frequent campaign, please check before purchasing any stamps needed for jobs, you should only accept a job if you have the full set of stationery including stamps to complete it. If jobs remain available and you have the cards and envelopes but not the stamps please reach out to scribe support to confirm about purchasing stamps prior to accepting the job.
If you are a helper scribe on a campaign with spare cards and envelopes, you will likely be liaising with scribe support to have the tasks moved to your platform, please check with them for any stamps needing purchased from your local post office or if you have leftover stamps from prior or frequent campaigns whether they can be used up instead.
