If your stationery parcel has arrived but is damaged/has stamps missing, please submit a request to Scribe support and fill out a Query form for damaged stationery, this is a form that will ask for the job number etc
You can usually find the job number printed on the label of the parcel as the customer reference number if you are working on more than one job with the same stationery and need to identify which job it is for (unless it is a bespoke order e.g for a frequent campaign)

When filling in the form, please include the information of what is in your parcel e.g how many stamps you have so we can figure out how many are missing and need replaced.
