This will vary according to the spam filter settings in your inbox.
You may receive the email alerts and notifications but they may go into a spam or junk folder. If this is the case you can click into the email and mark not as spam or add to your favourites.
If there are no email alerts and no messages in your spam folder, it may be that the emails were previously flagged and spam and so do not reach you at all. You should be able to go into your inbox settings to add Inkpact to your safe sender list.
