When you login to the scribe portal you will receive a one time generated passcode number to login. This will come through via email and SMS text message.
The emails will go to the email address listed in your scribe account i.e the one you signed up with.
To receive the SMS messages you will need to add your mobile number into your scribe profile. This text alert is currently only available to UK phone numbers beginning +44
If you do not receive the text message, please check your spam settings or with your network provider for how they filter messages and flag to scribe support to raise a tech support ticket.
