Placing a request for new stationery does not automatically mean it has been ordered for you. The team have to balance how much stationery is ordered and how much is currently sitting with scribes.
So for example you had 50 cards and request a lot of jobs when they become available, you will have used up all of your cards but other scribes on the campaign did not use their cards if they didn't get a job. The team may need to hold off on sending you more stationery to allow other scribes to use up the supplies they have at home. Otherwise there may be hundreds of cards/stamps/envelopes being ordered that sit unused by the time the campaign comes to an end.
The aim of frequent campaigns is to provide regular smaller jobs to a number of writers. This is why we ask scribes to request a job and give others a chance to log in and request too rather than requesting a large amount in one go and others have no job. If this is often the case, we may need to give your place on the frequent campaign to another scribe to balance the workload.
