On jobs that are Fulfilment i.e they are being returned to our print partner for your lovely cards to be paired with something for the customer, you will need to package up your cards for return.
In the vast majority of cases you will be able to use the box your cards arrived in to send your completed cards. You will just need some parcel tape/sellotape to seal it back up again.
Jobs that require cards to be kept in order will supply paper belly bands in the box that will allow you to stack cards in order in smaller quantities, wrap them securely and label so the warehouse team can easily see the order they should go in.
When requesting jobs, you can check the job brief to check if it will be a fulfilment or non fulfilment campaign.
FULFILMENT= Jobs that are sent back to our warehouse, usually to be paired with something for the customer i.e an order is being fulfilled
NON-FULFILMENT= This is usually a standard 'postbox' job where cards are sent directly using postage stamps to the customer
Methods of return
The way a parcel is returned will vary so always be sure to check the job brief/scribe emails for postal instructions.
1. Posted at the post office and reimbursed via credit note
2. Paying for postage online, printing the label at home, posting at the post office or a local parcel postbox and reimbursed via credit note
3. Return postage via collection or QR code
You will usually be placing one job back into the box it was delivered in, meaning it will be one job per box. You can then label the outside of the box with your job number. This will allow the warehouse team to stack the boxes in order.
