After two many attempts to login with incorrect password/username your account will be locked for up to two hours. This is to protect your account from being accessed by anyone other than you.
If you are working on a job and have been locked out of your account, you will need to contact scribe support to raise a tech ticket to reset your account. In busy times they may not be able to resolve this right away as the tech team may have a lot of tickets but they will work to resolve it for you as fast as possible.
