For some campaigns, clients let us know what they would like in place of missing recipient data e.g if the customer first name is missing, how they would like the customer to be addressed
We will then include this information in the job brief so if you come across a task with missing info please check the brief to see if any information is included there
DO NOT WRITE THE CARD UNLESS THE ALTERNATIVE IS OUTLINED IN THE BRIEF. IF INFO IS NOT FOUND THERE PLEASE RAISE A QUERY FORM FOR MISSING RECIPIENT INFO
We will confirm with the client what the correct information should be, this will avoid you writing a card that is later deleted or must be rewritten to the correct info
