In general no you don't need to include the envelope in your card photo uploads at the moment however this can change depending on the campaign.
The best way to find out is to check the job brief inside your job as this will detail any specific info regarding envelopes.
For example some fulfilment campaigns may ask that you include the envelope in the photo to ensure reviewers can check the recipient crm number as the packing team will be matching notecards to gifts :)
