Here is some info for some of our frequent campaigns regarding what to write when a customer name is missing.
Orlebar Brown
For the Orlebar Brown campaigns, if the customer name is missing please address the card as 'Dear Friend of O.B' with initial and surname used for the envelope where possible
ME+EM
When a customer name is missing please address the card and envelope with the initial and surname e.g Dear J Smith
VARLEY
On the Varley campaigns, if the customer name is missing, they would like to take off the name line and just start with the copy
