Here are some of the common reasons your first card may not be passed, keep these in mind to avoid having a failed card as you will then need to wait for your reuploaded to be passed before you can continue in your job
PLEASE NOTE; Your first card upload in the first task sends a note to your reviewer that it is available to check. Your reuploaded card does not, so you will need to send us a message on scribe support to let us know your card is now available to check. Similarly if you upload the fifth task in the job as your first card, it won't notify your reviewer.
Common reasons for first cards to be failed;
1. Writing comes too close to the logo or footer on the card (similarly if the card has a QR code or other special characteristic that should be avoided)
2. There are no margins/uneven margins on the card i.e not enough space between the edge of the card and your handwriting or where the writing is not neatly left aligned all the way down the card
3. the full card is not in view in the photo. When photographing your cards, please ensure the edges of the card can be seen in the photo
4. Your image has been taken with a lightpad in it. It is very difficult to review cards that have been photographed on a switch on lightpad. Please ensure you photograph cards on a clear plain surface so that it is easy to read and clear.
