When you fill out the tracked return form it will generate a label sheet with the option to print, on this label you can view the tracking number that has been assigned to your parcel.
When your parcel is collected, or when you bring it to the post office and they scan the QR code this is the first step of your parcels journey. It is subsequently scanned at different points along the way which is how your tracking info updates.
Once your parcel has been collected/posted please send your tracking info through to scribe support. You can use the form to submit your tracking number, the Job ID it matches and your info :) We can then share this with our print warehouse so they will know exactly when to expect your parcel.
