Normally once a job is posted, you need to raise a credit note to be reimbursed for the cost of postage.
With the collection/tracked returns service there will be no cost to you for sending your completed job to the warehouse. You won't need to raise a credit note however please do send your tracking number to scribe support along with your name and job ID so we can keep track of your parcel.
This will only apply when a campaign requires you to use this service for sending back your completed job. Make sure to check the job brief and campaign info for specific info on posting and credit notes for your job.
